Hold your lighter in your non-dominant hand with the hinge down and with your other hand place your index finger on the case just under the hinge and your middle finger on the lid on the other side of the lighter. Squeeze with your two fingers to open the lid and follow down with your middle finger. The lighter should flip over your index finger. Strike with your thumb. Should be a fairly easy trick.
