Make a fist, place the cap of your lighter in between your index and middle fingers, hinges pointing up your wrist, just poking over the top of your fingers. Flick your hand back so the lighter opens, the cap between your middle and index fingers and the body resting on the back of your hand. Pull your index finger up and move your middle finger down and the lighter will move right until it is flat against the back of your fingers. You should be able to reach up and grab the lighter with your little finger. Grab it and drag it down between your little and ring fingers. From this position, reach across with your thumb and light. Gratefully accept applause!
