This is an addition to the Trip Flick. Do the Trip Flick to open the lighter, but instead of lighting it normally, repeat the trip flick action to light the lighter. When the lighter is open, hook your middle finger over the flint wheel and repeat the trip flick action, using that action to both light the lighter and flick it over. The tricky bit in lighting it is avoiding either lighting it without flipping it (gripping to hard) or flipping it without lighting it (grip too soft).
