I have no clue if this is an original or a redo on something else so I simple titling it NO Clue ¿Start with holding the Cap, on the sides between thumb and Index finger, with the hinge facing away from your body. Place the flat underside resting on top of you curled Middle and Ring finger. There is two ways of opening the lighter from this position.First way I demonstrate is to break the lighter open by Pulling/Flicking the bottom corner towards the hinge with your pinkie / ring finger. The second demonstration is the alternative way is to flick your wrist in a clockwise direction forcing the Hinge to pop open, and then return it back to the starting position. While holding the cap with your thumb and index with the hinge open above your curled fingers extend the middle finger upwards behind the hinge. (I find the next part to be the most difficult part. As the chimney tends to burry it self in the palm / joints as the case rolls around; rather then having only the striking wheel sitting nicely on the palm.)Twist the Hinge/Cap around the index Finger (swinging the cap Clockwise). As the Cap rotates around the Middle and index the cap bottom corner closest to the hinge will strike the Ring finger, as it sticks the Ring finger use your middle finger and knuckle of the ring finger to pivot the Case so the striking Wheel is directed at the Palm of your hand resting on the palm just before the gap between these fingers.Fold all your fingers down ward and push the case upward with you thumb between the Ring and Middle finger. If this is executed properly the wheel grinds against the Palm / skin between the fingers lighting the Zippo. Close in any fashion I prefer a quick snap backwards.
