Have lighter in your dominant hand. With the hinges facing towards you, place your index finger on the cap, middle finger on seem, ring finger on the body, and thumb on the hinges. (Pinky finger can float or touch the bottom.) Use your index finger to open the cap, and at the same time, turn the lighter 180 degrees so the hinges are away from you and light the lighter lighter with your middle finger. This trick is pretty simple, but can look really awesome when done fast. It also looks good from the side. (Note: check out the title's play on words)
