Hold the lighter in both hands with hinge pointing down. Have your right index finger and right thumb holding the lid and your left index finger and left thumb holding the case. Open the lighter and turn it as you can see in the video. Then spin it around your middle fingers until the case is in between your left middle finger and your left ring finger and the lid is in between your right middle finger and your right ring finger. Light the lighter with your left thumb in this position. Then spin it back around your middle finger and index finger using your left thumb to the lighter in between your left index finger and your left middle finger. Close by hitting the lid with your right middle finger or as you please. You will probably need to use the video as a guide. Left handed people may want to reverse the hand positions.
