This Trick basically does an Inverse Thumb Squeeze with two hands. Place the lighter on a surface in front of you with the Hinge towards the Right. Grab the Cap with RH Index & Thumb, and Bottom with LH Index & Thumb. Rotate the lighter clockwise on these two points until the Cap sits on RH Index & Middle finger. lighter is upside down now, so lift RH Thumb off of Cap and point it to the Right [for effect], place LH Thumb on Bottom, and sneak LH Fingers [excluding Thumb] under RH Fingers [excluding Thumb]. Squeeze LH Thumb down so that Bottom swings open to the Left [See how it is like a Thumb Squeeze, as in Bond Style, but done with two hands?]. In doing so, let lighter, with the Cap now held between LH Thumb and RH Index, fall counterclockwise. As it does, grab Flint Wheel with RH Ring finger and ignite, lift RH Index finger off Cap and replace with LH Index, and use tip of RH Ring finger to continue pulling lighter counterclockwise up and around, so that the Bottom is held cupped in the Right hand, and the Left Hand holds the Cap. Close by whipping the LH Index straight up, doing a quick Cap Push in the process.
