Hold and open the lighter exactly the same way you would in Butler Style. From there, instead of lighting with your ring finger, flick the lighter back in the direction it came from so that it eventually comes to rest with its wheel neatly tucked on top of the piece of skin in-between your index finger and thumb. With your other hand, gently hit the base of the lighter down so that it sparks up against your hand, making sure you don't force the lighter to go through the gap you have created with your index finger and thumb. Now that the lighter is lit, you've got to get it away from your skin as quick as possible otherwise you'll end up with 3rd degree burns. Simply flick the lighter back over again, but instead of letting it rest on your palm, reposition your hand so it lands between your ring and middle fingers. From there, spin it around your middle finger using your index finger to drag it round. Once you have it between your index and middle fingers use your thumb to keep it rotating round until it finally ends up being grasped by your middle and ring fingers with hinges facing towards you. At this stage, you should be able to hold it easier with those two fingers than when you had it there before. Close with your thumb.
