This is similar to the trick Call For Home by Pardaillan/Strider. Start off by holding the sides of the body with your index finger at the top, your thumb and middle finger at the bottom (middle finger under cap). Open the cap by lifting your middle finger up. Place your ring finger on the flint wheel and hit the base with your other hand, thus igniting the lighter. Close with your middle finger.
