This trick is in fact a slightly more difficult variation of the “Windmill”: If you do it right, this trick looks very sleek. Hold the lighter in between your middle finger and thumb, as shown in pictures 1 and 2. The hinges should be facing outwards. Now you do a 630 degrees spin with the lighter, while your fingers are still holding on to it. It take a bit of practice to get the feel for it. Once the lighter has done a 360, squeeze the lid tight with your fingers so it snaps open in the last 270 degree spin. You stop the lighter with the part of your hand between your index finger and thumb. Once done, you just light it using your index finger and snap the lighter back the other way to close it. If you mess up during the spin, the lighter can become a projectile and be hazardous to the people around you. : )
