Surround the cap with your index and place your thumb on the side of the cap. The hinges are touching your index. Now open with a movement from the wrist. Slide your thumb over the insert of the cap and swing the lighter into your hand. The chimney will end up between the tips of your ring and middle fingers. Use your ring finger to ignite. Move the lighter up and slide it between your index and middle finger, turn it a little and squeeze it into the palm of your hand to close the cap. Have fun!
