This is a combination of other tricks. Begin by placing your index finger across from the hinge on the lid. Place your thumb on the bottom of the case on the hinge side. Squeeze and it should open the lighter. When the lighter is open, take your middle finger and index finger and clasp it at the hinge. The lid should be away from you. Turn the lighter 90 degress to the left and place your index finger on the side of the lid. Place your thumb on top of the lid. Release the pressure from the index and ring finger. Swing the lighter 180 degress around with your thumb and your middle finger. Ignite it with your thumb. Place the lighter between your ring and middle finger again. The lid should be away from you once again. Turn it to the left and grab the lid with your index finger. Swing the lighter 180 degress around with your thumb and your middle finger. Have the lighter fall into the circle made by your middle finger and thumb. Insert the pinkie into the lid loosely. Swing the lighter around you hand 180 degrees so it ends up at the back of your hand. Then swing the lighter back around to your palm. The key to that part is your wrist. Grab the case with your thumb and turn the lighter so lid is on the bottom. The chimney should be pointing towards the audience.
