Begin and light the same way as in Middle Hearth. Then, with you pointer and middle finger still in the bottom right corner of the lighter, rotate so the hinge is out from your hand. Flip so the lighter lid comes into the palm of your hand, your middle finger should be between the cap and the case now. You'll be holding the lighter by the lid with your middle finger and the other end of the lid will be against your palm. Grab the lid with your pointer and thumb and rotate again so the case is away from your palm. Then, flip the lighter inward so the flame comes up in the middle of the circle you are making with your pointer and thumb.
