This should be easier than the original "Die Another Day". The start position and opening is the same as "Die Another Day". Then you let the lid slip between your index and middle finger and you hold it with your ring finger! Now you light it with your thumb. Light whatever you need to light, and then simply spin the lighter around you ring finger, catching it with your thumb and using the palm to help close it! Last part is a bit confusing , but the video should set u straight about the trick.
