Hold lighter by its cap with thumb and middle finger by the thin sides with middle finger just beneath the hinge. Flick open and place index finger in the space between the chimney and cap. Pinch the lighter now with your index and middle fingers, then spin the lighter around your middle finger, using your ring finger to support it as it rotates. As the lighter comes back round push down on the wheel with your thumb to spark it up. Close using ring finger. As with most tricks, this is best performed with incredible speed.
