Straight Through the Heart by Booty
I suppose this is a more complex trick, because it entails a few different steps and the understanding of a new concept, for some, called a False Close. I also suggest that you use a slick lighter as this trick involves a couple spins, a Brushed Chrome will do nicely. Start by holding the lighter with you ring and middle fingers on the cap and your thumb and the body, The hinge should be facing your index finger. Now perform a Reverse Inverse Thumb Squeeze (but using the fingers listed above). If done correctly and your hand is positioned right the lighter should spin through the loop created by your fingers. Now spin the lighter 630 degrees (or something around there) like in the trick aptly named 630 degree spin! Regardless the lighter should end up in your index finger with the tip on the flint and the base of the body on the inter joint where the index finger meets the palm. Now ignite and spin the lighter through the loop another 360 Degree (you should be back where you started). Now comes the new concept and you may ask yourself "why do this?" The Answer is WHY NOT? But more specifically it is to add more sound to the "Trickscape." When you do a lengthy trick it is good to add in extra sounds with the visual acrobatics, and luckily the lighter is capable of some interesting and distinct sounds. Anyway it is not hard so just do it! We are almost done and we will be using some easy, familiar moves for the rest of the trick. After you have completed a False Close, perform a Wet Panties like spin around the middle finger, and one more 360 degree spin through the loop. The lighter should now be in its presentation position with your thumb and middle finger on the cap and the body near or resting on your index finger. Now do a body swing to close.
