When performing to a crowd I pull this trick off every time, but when recording this it took me many takes to get right. I must be camera shy. Anyway, the trick is simple, but good. Do an Inverse Squeeze, followed by a quick smack on the Wheel with your other hand. This should force the lighter to ignite and fly through the gap created by your thumb and index finger. Snap shut.
