This is the logical extension of 100 Watt Super Lead. Whereas 100 Watt Super Lead used a "One Move Squeeze" to open and lit with the index finger, 200 Watt Major opens [with a Reverse Thumb Squeeze] and ignites differently. First cradle the bottom of the lighter along the side of your index finger. To open press your thumb down on the top of the Lid - it helps to press as far away from the hinge as possible. Then several things happen almost at once: 1. The Lid opens, 2. Your index finger folds in half behind the case, and 3. Your middle finger strikes the flint wheel. More than likely the lighter will just fly across the room, but with practice you'll get it. Close with a Lid swing.
