Hold the lighter upside down, with the hinge facing left (if you're right-handed). Perform a squeeze so that you're holding the lid between your thumb, index and middle finger. Stretch your ring finger to rotate the lighter 180° over your middle finger. You should use your index to guide it through the roll. As soon as it falls in your palm, use your ring finger to light it. I fumbled a dozen times before I got it right, if not more. Hehe, it looks more difficult than it really is. Try it with some speed, but protect your eyes cause that's where the lighter's headed if you let go too soon :p
