This trick utilizes a new squeeze that I haven't seen before, called a Rear-Facing Inverse Squeeze. To start, hold the lighter upside down with the Cap between your Thumb and Middle finger, Hinge towards your Middle finger, and with your Index finger on the Bottom corner opposite the Hinge. Squeeze your Index finger down so that it hits your Thumb - this will cause the Bottom to swing open. Pivot the lighter between Index and Thumb [use your Middle finger alongside your Index finger to steady the Cap] and rotate inwards into your palm. As you do this, use your Pinkie to push the Bottom of the lighter upwards, which will cause the Flint Wheel to strike against your palm. The lighter will ease it's way up out of your hand as if on an elevator. Close by using your Thumb to do a Cap Push.
